Phone Call Phishing Scam Alert
We've heard reports that members have received an automated call from us saying their card has been locked out and to enter their debit card number to unlock it. We do not do this. When our card monitoring department calls due to suspected fraud, it is a live person and we do not ask for account information. We already have it and simply verify whether or not a member completed the suspicious transaction.
If you have recieved one of these calls and gave out your card number, contact Chief Financial Credit Union immediately for assistance.
