Card Service Representative I
Our Card Services team handles the day-to-day work behind every member's debit and credit card. In this role, you'll process card orders, reissues, and account maintenance, file and investigate fraud claims, and answer card questions from members and from other Chief Financial employees. Accuracy matters here. You'll work with sensitive account information and follow procedures built to protect our members and the Credit Union. We're looking for about a year of experience in a credit union, bank, card services, or similar setting, and someone who likes figuring out what happened instead of passing the question along. You'll build real knowledge in payments, fraud prevention, and card operations while you do it. Full-time, with in-office training and the possibility of one to two remote days once you're fully trained.
Contact Center Representative II
For a lot of members, the Contact Center is how they reach Chief Financial. As a Contact Center Representative II, you'll take the more complicated calls: advanced account and loan maintenance, e-Services processing, card servicing, and escalated issues you can resolve on your own. You'll listen past the first question to understand what a member actually needs, then recommend the loan, product, or digital solution that fits. You'll also be someone your teammates can come to with a question. We're looking for one to three years of experience in a credit union, bank, contact center, or lending environment. In-office training, with the possibility of one to two remote days once you're fully trained.
Collector II
As a Collector II, you'll work with members who have fallen behind on a loan or an account. You'll talk through their situation, walk them through their options, and build payment arrangements they can realistically keep. You'll also handle the more advanced work: credit reporting disputes, negative deposit accounts, repossession preparation, and accounts that require legal action. This takes someone who can ask for a payment and stay respectful doing it, and who knows when flexibility gets a better result and when it's time for the next collection step. We're looking for previous collections, lending, or financial services experience. In-office training, with the possibility of one to two remote days once you're fully trained.
