Collection Representative
We're looking for a compassionate and solution-focused Collections Representative I to join our Lending team and support members who are just beginning to fall behind on their payments. In this role, you'll reach out to members whose accounts are in the early stages of being past due, work alongside them to find repayment options that fit their situation, resolve returned payments and first-payment defaults, and keep accurate records of every conversation and account. Our approach isn't about pressure — it's about service, education, and problem-solving, helping members understand their options and regain their financial footing through respectful, professional support.
