Below is a guide to help you transition to the update and a summary of the new features.
Android:
- Uninstall the old Chief FCU mobile app.
- Download the new Chief FCU mobile app from the Google Play Store.
- Click Deposit at the bottom of the screen.
- Sign in to your online banking account and register for mobile deposit.
- Use mobile deposit and mobile banking with the ease of the NEW single sign-on feature!
Apple/iOS:
- Visit the App Store.
- Update your Chief FCU mobile app.
- Click Deposit at the bottom of the screen.
- Sign in to your online banking account and register for mobile deposit.
- Use mobile deposit and mobile banking with the ease of the NEW single sign-on feature!

Summary
- Single Sign-On: you will now only have 1 username and password for both mobile banking and mobile deposit! You also have multiple biometric login options to choose from!
- Debit Card Controls: you can temporarily turn off your card anytime within the app. You can also set up card transaction alerts for added account security!
- Mobile Deposit to ANY Account: you can deposit a check to any account - even directly to a loan to make your loan payment!
