The safety and well-being of our members, employees, and communities are our top priorities as we face the current Coronavirus situation. We strongly encourage the use of remote alternatives.

We strongly encourage the use of ATM, Debit/Credit Cards, Home Banking, Call Center Services, Drive-Thru and Mobile Banking including Remote Deposit Capture (RDC). To keep our team and all guests safe while entering our lobbies:

  • Masks are required to enter our buildings. You may be asked to show your ID and lower your face mask briefly to be identified.
  • We are taking many precautions to reduce high touch areas. Please note restrooms will not be open to guests.
  • Appointments must be made by calling 248-253-7900. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to ensure you are on-time for your appointment.
  • We ask that you wait outside or in your vehicle for your appointment. If you choose or need to wait outside, we ask that you respect social distancing of at least 6 feet.
  • A representative will call you on the mobile number provided when it is time for you to enter the building. There will be a brief screening to ensure no detectable COVID-19 symptoms are present.
