UPDATED ONLINE BANKING, MOBILE BANKING AND MOBILE DEPOSIT

On Wednesday, August 11, 2021, Chief Financial Credit Union updated the online banking, mobile banking and mobile deposit platforms. Below is a guide to help you transition to the update and enjoy the new features.

Online Banking

Simply login using your existing username, password and security questions by clicking Online Banking & Payments from your desktop or the padlock icon from your phone.

Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit

Please follow the instructions below to avoid interruption in your mobile banking.

Android:

  1. Uninstall the old Chief FCU mobile app.
  2. Download the new Chief FCU mobile app from the Google Play Store.
  3. Click Deposit at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Sign in to your online banking account and register for mobile deposit.
  5. Use mobile deposit and mobile banking with the ease of the NEW single sign-on feature!

Google Play

Apple/iOS:

  1. Visit the App Store.
  2. Update your Chief FCU mobile app.
  3. Click Deposit at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Sign in to your online banking account and register for mobile deposit.
  5. Use mobile deposit and mobile banking with the ease of the NEW single sign-on feature!

Enjoy the New Features

  • Single Sign-On: you will now only have 1 username and password for both mobile banking and mobile deposit! You also have multiple biometric login options to choose from!
  • Debit Card Controls: you can temporarily turn off your card anytime within the app. You can also set up card transaction alerts for added account security!
  • Mobile Deposit to ANY Account: you can deposit a check to any account - even directly to a loan to make your loan payment!
