Member Services Representative I- Oakland County
We’re hiring Member Service Representative I for our Oakland County branches in Rochester, Pontiac, and Troy. Whether a member stops in to make a deposit, open an account, ask about a payment, or get help with digital banking, you’ll provide accurate service and a personal connection.
Member Services Representative II - Dearborn
We're hiring a Member Service Representative II at our Dearborn branch. This position handles complex transactions and member concerns with confidence. You’ll also take an active role in growing member relationships: asking thoughtful questions, recommending relevant solutions, and contributing to branch and Credit Union goals. This is a senior service role without direct supervisory responsibility.
