We're looking for a warm, people-first team member to join our branch as a Member Service Representative. In this role, you'll be the welcoming face our members see when they walk through the door, processing transactions, opening accounts, and helping members find the right products and services to support their financial well-being. If you enjoy building relationships and making everyday banking feel personal, we'd love to hear from you.
Collection Clerk
We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized team member to support our Lending and Collections department. In this role, you'll help keep things running behind the scenes by maintaining accurate records, processing documentation related to asset recovery and fraud cases, and coordinating with vendors and partners. If you take pride in precision and enjoy supporting a team that protects our members' financial health, this is a great fit.
Card Service Representative
We're looking for a dependable and service-driven team member to join our Card Services department. In this role, you'll support daily card operations by assisting members with card inquiries, processing fraud claims, and helping maintain the health of our card portfolio. If you're someone who pays close attention to the details while always keeping the member experience front and center, we'd love to connect with you.
