CONTEST SPONSOR AND OVERVIEW
This Contest is sponsored by Chief Financial Credit Union (“Sponsor”). By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any third party platform or retailer, including Kroger. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to Sponsor.
ELIGIBILITY
This Contest is open to U.S. residents where not prohibited by law, who are age 18 or older at the time of entry. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.
CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest begins on or about June 10, 2025, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on September 18, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST. All entries must be received during the Contest Period. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the Contest Period at its sole discretion.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter, complete the official entry form with your name, phone number, email address, and your answer to the prompt: “What would you do with your share of $1 million?” Forms must be submitted in person at a Chief Financial Credit Union branch or mailed to:

Limit one (1) entry per person per day. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted.
LICENSE & PUBLICITY RELEASE
By submitting an entry, each participant grants Sponsor a perpetual, royalty-free license to use their name, city and state of residence, and story response in any media, including advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes, without further permission or compensation, unless prohibited by law.
PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE
One (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive a $250 Kroger Gift Card. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $250. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
All eligible entries received during the Contest Period will be gathered into a database at the end of the Submission Period. A winner will be randomly selected by the Sponsor on or about September 19, 2025. The selected winner will be contacted using the information provided on the entry form. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) business days, or the prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited.
ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS
The prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, or damaged entries. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Contest if it cannot be conducted as planned, including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, or technical failure.
INDEMNIFICATION & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to indemnify, release, and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Contest or from the acceptance or use of any prize.
PRIVACY
Information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and solely for the administration of the Contest.
