Unfortunately accidents can happen to anyone, so it pays to be prepared. Under this plan, you can select benefit amounts up to $250,000 of coverage against accidental death or dismemberment. This plan gives you additional, realistic coverage for only pennies a day. You are insured 24 hours, 365 days a year, anywhere in the world.

If you are an active member of Chief Financial Credit Union, and you are at least 18 years old, you may take advantage of $2,000 of Basic Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Coverage. The plan offers full 24-hour protection against a covered accidental injury anywhere in the world, on or off the job, on business, on vacation and at home. ACTIVATE YOUR NO COST COVERAGE TODAY!

Up to $250,000.00 in additional coverage for members and their families is available at low group rates. Premiums for additional coverage are conveniently deducted each quarter from your credit union account.

AD&D is an excellent and affordable supplemental coverage that is not individually rated, with a benefit that increases automatically by 5% for every two years of continuous coverage (voluntary purchased coverage only) up to 25% over the original benefit amount.
